Ben Bratcher - CEO
As Founder and CEO of Bratjen Construction Company, Ben leads the company's strategic vision, operations, and client relationships while fostering a culture built on integrity, excellence, and service. Throughout his career, he has developed strong industry relationships and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Prior to founding Bratjen, Ben served as General Manager for a leading ENR Top 400 contractor with annual revenues exceeding $300 million. He has overseen the delivery of more than 20 million square feet of commercial and industrial facilities totaling over $1.5 billion in construction value, including projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Jonathan Forrester - Director of Construction
Responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides strategic leadership for project teams, manages client relationships, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
