Ben Bratcher - CEO

As Founder and CEO of Bratjen Construction Company, Ben leads the company's strategic vision, operations, and client relationships while fostering a culture built on integrity, excellence, and service. Throughout his career, he has developed strong industry relationships and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Prior to founding Bratjen, Ben served as General Manager for a leading ENR Top 400 contractor with annual revenues exceeding $300 million. He has overseen the delivery of more than 20 million square feet of commercial and industrial facilities totaling over $1.5 billion in construction value, including projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Jonathan Forrester - Director of Construction

Responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides strategic leadership for project teams, manages client relationships, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Jonathan collaborates closely with executive leadership, preconstruction, and field personnel to support business growth, optimize project performance, and maintain a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Michael irvin - Director of Operations

Responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations and ensuring efficient execution across all projects and teams. He works closely with leadership to align people, processes, and resources in support of sustainable growth and operational excellence. With a strong background in operations and leadership development, Michael focuses on improving systems, developing team members, and driving accountability throughout the organization. His hands-on leadership style emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering consistent results while upholding the company’s core values.

Charley David - General Superintendent

Responsible for leadership and oversight for all field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Charely works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain quality, schedule performance, and jobsite productivity across multiple projects. With extensive construction experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence, Charley focuses on workforce development, safety, and consistent execution in the field.
