Ben Bratcher
Responsible for business operations. During his career, Ben has developed incredibly strong relationships and gained extensive experience, which has led to his ability to consistently deliver projects of the highest quality. Prior to founding Bratjen Construction Company, Ben served as General Manager of a leading ENR Top 400 Contractor with annual sales in excess of $300M. Ben has demonstrated his ability to manage a multi-million dollar business and has delivered over 16 million SF of buildings constituting over $1 Billion in cost. His experience includes projects for many Fortune 500 companies.
Jared Ratjen
Responsible for business management and development. During his career, Jared has developed strong client-relations, which has led to his ability to generate revenue and increase profitability. Prior to founding Bratjen Construction Company, Jared served as Vice President of a leading concrete subcontractor. With total sales over $750M, which encompasses 60 million SF of buildings, Jared has demonstrated his ability to manage a multi-million dollar business and developed an extensive knowledge of concrete construction practices to ensure quality. His experience includes projects for many Fortune 500 companies and multiple general contractors on ENR’s Top 400 Contractors list.
